On a new moon, add three drops of an appropriate essential oil to nail polish, choosing a color that's also appropriate (i.e., red for love, gold for money and finances, and silver for goddess magick). Be sure to add no more than three drops of oil, as more than that may ruin nail polish. Mark the bottom of the bottle with a symbol, such as a dollar sign ($) for money matters, and visualize your intent as you polish your nails.
