Write the bully's name on the paper. Open the clove of garlic and rub it over the name. Fold the paper into the size of a quarter and drop it in the empty jar. Next, fill the jar with cool water and say the following chant three times:
Freezer burn, ice brew
Lesson learn, cold stew
Bully nix your bad ways
Problem fix in a matter of days
Seal up the jar and place it in the back of your freezer. Make sure you throw the garlic clove away. Over the next few days (while the spell is doing its thing), avoid the bully at every turn.
