He is the youngest son of the Titans Cronus and Rhea, and brother of Poseidon, Hades, Hera, Demeter, and Hestia.

Notable Stories Involving Him:
Being the youngest of his siblings, Zeus really should've been relegated to the Underworld, but after overthrowing his father Cronus, he tricked Hades and Poseidon into drawing lots with him. In this way, he became ruler of the sky, and the Underworld became Hades's domain.

Sacred to him are eagles, bulls, and oak trees, and his attribute is a thunderbolt.
